If you need pres help i can help but i may snap..as it does really piss me off sometimes, The reasons why 'since i 'came' back' i haven't been helping is because i dont want to be used again like last time. yeh i had thousands of requests and gb posts but everyone who wrote there was nice to me so they could get something to do with presentations in return -.-

Hope you've all been goooood.

Just a quick post to say hi, hope you all haven't forgotten me :) It's easter time so I have loooads of free time to catch up with everything and still have time to revise for my exams:) sorry for not helping out in a while all joking aside i have been working my ass off for these exams which didn't leave me enough time to help etc...


do i miss everyone? i miss my stardoll friends SO much, not talking to them makes me realise how much they mean to me :/also... of course i hate being unknown, coming back to stardoll just makes me feel invisible now haha i don't like it but i guess thats what you get for leaving aye?

Hey there HTML fans! :)

Sorry for my lack of posts; I was pretty busy with school and such, so I had no time to come up with brilliant ideas for presentations.
But now that I'm back, I've come up with lots of themes and styles for presentations, that I am bursting to tell you! I've just thought of a thick gradient border presentation, which is now on my Stardoll page! Check it out if you like. :)

Ohkay, so I mainly posted here because I've been getting a lot of guestbook messages and friend requests asking how you start a presentation, and how to put them together. Well, Chloé and I are currently making Video Tutorials for you guys to check out and use to help you with your presentations.
But to give you a quick idea, if you're just beginning, you'll only need the background code, text code and if you want, a shadow code [see picture below]:

1. Type your text behind the 40pt;">, so that the code will give your text a font, size and colour. As soon as you've done that, put a closing code [< / s p a n >] after the text, and straight after that, the closing code for the background [< / p >].

This is to confirm that the background will only have affect on that specific piece of text.

2. For me, I find it easier to put a space [enter] between each code [so background code, text code etc.], so that you can easily tell the difference between them:

& Fgs guys, I don't want boasty, arrogant people writing here...i couldn't give 2 damns about how 'superrrrr amazing' you are at htmls, I was looking for people with personality, kindness and a little knowledge on presentations.

To most of the applications I got (where people where like 'i have this bllog' 'im aamzing at presentations') where declined, i wanted organised people :P if they knew shit about htmls i could teach them so they can teach other people xD

Aaha Oh dear...

Firstly...SO SO SO sorry haven't been active at all!

I had to restart my computers whole system so it deleted everything on it, (well passwords on the internet)  luckily my brother re-stored all my old files which contained HTMLs/school work/photos which was just a relief <3
(my blogspot password was deleted from my computer so it took AGES to retard it lol)

I had a list of people I wanted to work for this blog  but because that was a new file it was erased!  so please can you re-send me your mails, and stuff. i'm so sorry :/ i didn't think my computer would have a break down!

I've got 5 new samples ^^    and plenty more stufff i think you guys will love!

Update;

I removed the music from the blog mainly because every time I tried changing the layout it would just blast out with music so loud, i don't know about you but to me 'es war sehr ärgerlich'  (very annoying)

How many times till you actually GET IT ?!

I just logged on to Stardoll this afternoon, to find one of my closest friends messaging me about yet ANOTHER copier. And this time, they've decided to pretend to be me and Chloe. On WITTYPROFILES! Whoever the person is, has copied one of my previous presentations, my closest friend's friend's presentation and several more! This is getting outrageous.

Seriously, what is it with you guys [sorry for those who did nothing, you may ignore this]! We've mentioned several times NOT to copy peoples presentations [including ours] and use them as your own, even on witty! Yet people still have the nerve to go back and copy!

And for those of you who think we need to 'take a chill pill' obviously don't know what hard work and effort means. We spend ours, even days, weeks to create such amazing designs and styles for presentations so we can share them with you, and you think we'll easily let it go if someone copies us? Yes, when people copy they do it because they admire our creativity etc, but right now, it's going way too far. If it doesn't stop, we might have to stop this business because the stress is getting far too much.

I was messing around with codes today and I created some rather awesome scrolls....

I wanted to make myself a new presentation but I couldn't do it! I don't have the guts to replace mine atm lmao :) so I decided to use my 'codes' as a sample for you guys. I would appriciate credit as this did take hours to make.

Neon Bars Header

Hey there HTML fans! (:

I just wanted to write to say that I've been getting a lot of requests asking how I did my previous presentations with the 'Neon Bars' effect. To be honest, it's quite simple, and I'll be making a couple samples on my spare account so that you can use freely [which will be put in the samples page very soon].

Also, there have been a lot of copiers recently. I've been getting a lot of guestbook messages from my friends saying someone either copied my presentation, or some of the samples Chloe has made in this blog. I really cannot stand copiers, and if it goes on [and on], this blog may close again. And this time it'll prolly not open. So please, if you ever want to use something we've created, please put credit from us. It at least shows you appreciate our help and the time we took to make them.

And one other thing, which isn't clear enough for some of you:

PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR CURRENT PRESENTATIONS FOR YOUR OWN.

It's irritating, as we want something we made for ourselves, to be for our selves. Thanks.

You can NOT use my current presentation as your own! SURE you can use a sample but nothing from a current pres, christ sakes. I Don't give a shit whether it's copyrighted I don't want you using it! if I wanted you to use it it would be in the samples list, I'll just take it as copying otherwise.

You think editing it will change it?! NO the layouts still mine and I haven't given anyone permission to use it

If things don't change I will be deleting this blog AND the club, also my guestbook will be set to friends only so no more requests will be taken in.

Hello HTML fans!

So yesterday, as I was making new text designs with HTML's, I thought of making a sort of presentation 'sign' that would help promote this blog and club. These signs can be put up on your presentations, and by doing so can help get more HTML enthusiastic people to join the club!

Information, and hopefully codes will be posted soon. Colour, design and font choices still need to be decided!

Please DON'T...

Use or take anything from my presentation! The presentations I create for my stardoll are for me, They're unusual because I like it when people are 'wowed' If I wanted I could just create a lyrics presentation, using stardoll format but I don't because as people have told me, they like seeing what I've made...

FEEL FREE to take ANYTHING from this blog I couldn't careless! I love visiting people I've never heard of and then seeing a presentation made by me. But when I see someone with a current presentation that I have thats when I get a little bit 'argh!' it pisses me off, believe it or not :P

So yeh...please don't use my scrolls with borders (especially) from my presentation yet...please. I'm making a new presentation for next month so I will of course release the presentation on here for you to use :S just wait.

New trick

Some of you may have noticed but some may not!
I have found out a brand new trick :D

I now know how to put middle borders into scroll boxes;

I don't know about you but I'm thrilled! gorgeous effects can be created :)

Also my brand new metallic writing on white backgrounds;

I think 2011 could really be our year, we just have to work hard :)

Also i may leak the codes to these, I haven't decided yet!

Surprise

The top 10 people of the top 10 members will be put into a raffle, the 2 that gets randomly picked will get to be the 3rd and 4th managers of my biggest club HTMLPages (Nearly 1600 members....trying to get 2000)

The remaining 8 will be mixed again until I get 3, those girls/boys will get the privilege of becoming a writer/assistant for this blog :) (If they want too of course!)
